DataOps Group provides cloud consulting, AI automation, data operations, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for consulting engagements are defined in separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Letters of Engagement (LOE) agreed upon by both parties.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or connected systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website without permission
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

Active clients may be provided access to a separate client portal as part of an engagement. Use of the client portal is governed by the applicable SOW or LOE and any terms presented within the portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials we issue and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant and an AI voice assistant that provide general information about our services. These assistants are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Responses they generate are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information through these assistants.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of Copper Paw DataOps LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Work product created during consulting engagements is governed by the intellectual property terms in the applicable SOW or LOE.

Fees for consulting services are outlined in the applicable SOW or LOE. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement. Specific confidentiality terms may be defined in the applicable SOW, LOE, or a separate NDA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataOps Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copper Paw DataOps LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our website or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Termination of consulting engagements is governed by the applicable SOW or LOE.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iredell County, North Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
