Yes. Cloud architecture, DevOps, data engineering, and AI automation are inherently remote disciplines. We've built production systems for clients we've never met in person. The work doesn't require physical presence — it requires expertise, communication, and accountability.
How do you communicate with remote clients?
We default to async-first: Slack or Teams for day-to-day communication, weekly video check-ins, shared documentation in Notion or Confluence, and real-time dashboards so you can see progress without a status meeting. We adapt to your preferred tools.
What time zones do you work with?
We're based in the Eastern time zone (Lake Norman, NC) and work with clients across the US. For most engagements, time zones are a non-issue because the work is async-first.
How do remote engagements work practically?
We start with a scoped proposal and fixed price. Once started, work happens asynchronously with weekly check-ins. You'll have a shared project board showing status. We deliver working systems, not slides. At the end, we do a formal handoff and training session.
Do you ever work on-site for remote clients?
For clients in the greater Charlotte / NC / Atlanta area, on-site visits are available if the engagement benefits from it. For clients farther away, we can arrange on-site time at the start of larger projects. Most work doesn't require it.
